Off-Platform Relationships & Liability

Private Girlfriend VIP operates strictly as a platform for introductions and arrangement requests. Much like Tinder or other social discovery platforms, we are not liable, responsible, or accountable for any relationships, connections, or interactions that develop outside or beyond the platform — whether emotional, romantic, personal, or financial.

Any financial transactions, gifts, emotional commitments, private arrangements, or disputes arising between individuals outside the scope of our verified platform services are strictly between the parties involved. Private Girlfriend VIP, its operators, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise.

1. Platform Purpose & Introduction

Private Girlfriend VIP facilitates discrete arrangement requests between consenting adults. All companion profiles are subject to government ID verification and annual liveness checks. However, the platform remains an intermediary for initial arrangements.

2. Payments & Booking Protocol

All booking fees and balances are settled securely through approved electronic rails (such as M-Pesa). Payments are non-refundable once an arrangement is confirmed and verified. Cash payments in person are strictly prohibited.

3. Safety & 4-Digit Verification

To ensure safety for both parties, every arrangement requires the exchange and entry of a unique 4-digit safety code upon meeting. Companions must enter the client’s code into the system to confirm check-in.

4. Media Privacy & House Rules

Screenshots, screen recordings, media distribution, or unauthorized sharing of companion photos or verification videos is strictly forbidden. Accounts found violating media privacy will be terminated immediately and device access permanently blocked.

5. Right to Decline

Companions retain full autonomy and the right to decline any arrangement request for any reason. If an enquiry is declined prior to confirmation, no charges are incurred by the client.
